I'm getting the same thing. I recently turned off cookies and when I turned it back on, I could sign in but couldn't access any of my characters. Every time I attempt to make a new one, I get the same message claiming I'm no longer signed in.
Thankfully, it still works fine on my PC, but I'd like for my laptop to still be able to access it.
Its very frustrating. Any tips on how to fix it would be appreciated.
I had just installed the extension StayFocusd, but deleting it didn't seem to resolve the issue. I unintentionally unsynced my Cookies when I installed, which forced me to log out. That is where I think the problem began.
I can't seem to access any of my sheets at all (it reads 0/6 on my laptop. Again, my PC reads them fine). I don't have any ad blockers or VPNs.
Are you logged into the same account on the Laptop? If you are seeing characters on one device and not the other it may be you have 2 different accounts?
Hey. I just want to let you know, I found the issue. Somehow the Cookie settings in my browser were set to "Block All" so I just needed to change it. I appreciate your help though, Sorce.
This was my first time seeking help from the mods on this site and I'm glad to see they're so responsive.
Sorry, I didn't respond earlier - had an event on today in that thing called the real world that went longer than expected. Glad you were able to locate the issue. Since it was the same account my next suggestion would have been to see what on the browser/device was different compared to your PC where it was working.
every time i open it i get a new error code

If it works fine on your PC and not on the laptop, then it sounds like there is something either browser of device related.
Is there any ad blockers, browser extensions, or VPNs you are running? Does this happen with all character sheets or a particular one?

For what its worth, I don't mind losing my already existing characters so long as I get the ability to craft new ones again.
As long as I don't lose all the stuff I've purchased (subclasses, spells, etc) I'm cool with starting from scratch

I only have the one account. I see my user name in the corner of the page and all my purchases are here (Wildmount, Tasha's, etc).
Would flushing cookies help in this situation? I'm seeing that popping up here and there in my cursory digging
