For the last couple days I haven't been able to look at a couple of my players' character sheets, even as the DM of the campaign. The error code I keep getting for these two players/characters says:
Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.
Try again after a Short Rest.

All of the other character sheets in my campaign are fully accessible, and strangely enough, one of those characters which I can access is owned by the same user as one of the characters which I can't access. Any advice or help on this matter would be appreciated!
Do those characters have any Homebrew which might have been incorrectly configured and are interfering with DDB?
Did those characters’ players recently have their subscriptions expire causing their number of active characters to suddenly be reduced back down to 6?
Well, I know for a fact that it's not either of those, since neither of those are an issue with either player. The only common thread we could find is that both of them had creatures listed on their character sheets' "Extras" tabs, and we've noticed that the Extras tab suddenly isn't working for anyone in our campaign, oddly enough. So maybe D&D Beyond is having issues with the Extras tab for some reason?
They are probably working on an update that would allow creatures like the Artificers’ [Tooltip Not Found] pull the PC’s Proficiency bonus instead of its own for some stuff.
Hello,

Two likely culprits:
Do those characters have any Homebrew which might have been incorrectly configured and are interfering with DDB?
Did those characters’ players recently have their subscriptions expire causing their number of active characters to suddenly be reduced back down to 6?
