I would like to make a homebrew race who chooses a weapon to confer a bonus like the Forge cleric. Is there a way to add this feature directly to the character sheet via my homebrew creation?
For the hexblade, you can designate a weapon as a hex weapon, I am looking for something along these lines.

No, not possible at this time unless you specifically wanted to designate a Hex Weapon specifically.
