Hello, I am a Master Tier subscriber, and I own every book released to-date. I have four campaigns created, and I have content-sharing enabled on all of them. For some reason, the content sharing isn't working for one of them. I've double-checked all of the options and ensured I've shared every book. I've checked if I need to sync my entitlements, but I'm good there.
Specifically, one of my players tried adding a magic item to his character, but none of the items from my purchased books appear in the list under "Manage Equipment," only the Basic Rules items are available. The player and I have both tried to no avail, both in the character sheet "Manage Equipment" sidebar and the Edit Character > Equipment > Add Equipment section. The same thing happens with homebrewed items.
When I go into any character in the other three campaigns, all content and homebrew items are available.
I've tried deleting the campaign, recreated it, had my players rejoin, and tried again but the problem persists. I verified that Master Tier allows a person to share their content with up to five campaigns, so why isn't this working? Please help. Thanks.
Is just the one player having issues in that fourth campaign, or are all players having issues? Because homebrew should be shared no matter what. If it is just this one person, have them try joining with a different character and see if that makes a difference.
If you access the sheet (as the DM) are you able to see the shared content? If you can link the URL of the character having the issue with an example of what is being searched for (and cannot be found) myself or another moderator can take a look.
Here's an example character: ddb.ac/characters/36458057/tBd3A3.
Here's one of the (many) items I've tried searching for within her character sheet and in the builder: dndbeyond.com/magic-items/ring-of-obscuring.
To me, the bizarre thing is that it affects both homebrewed items and premium content. If I search for that ring on any other character in my other three campaigns, it shows up. The same is true for the homebrewed item I created yesterday; it shows up on every character except for the ones in this one campaign.

The Ring of Obscuring is from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, which falls under Critical Role content. Looking at the character provided all the content sources are switched OFF. This means CR content, homebrew content, etc is not able to be added to the character.
