First point of note, the Homunculus Servant gained from the Homunculus Servant infusion in completely separate from the Homunculus created using the Create Homunculus spell and uses a completely different stat block.
1 - This would be up to the DM, but depending on the physical characteristics granted, there is no RAW reason it cannot activate a magical item.
2 - The Homunculus Servant does not have telepathic communication on it's stat block, as noted before this is a completely different creature than the one made using the spell.
3 - The Might of the Master is outdated since the release of Tasha's; you should be scaling using PB with the stat block available in under "Features & Traits" the lack of scaling is a known issue with DDB though there is no current timeline on when it will be corrected.
4 - Yes, if you can retrieve the gem, you can reinfuse it to "revive" your homunculus
5 - Officially, No, as they are Monsters and not PCs, and the question of them having inventory or even being able to attune items would be a discussion to have with your DM. Unofficially, I have found that a basic Rogue build can be tweaked to give you the data necessary to create a sudo-homunculus character sheet.
This is a quick one I threw together for one my characters, it does require a lot of overrides, generally the only benefit of using this method is that the skills will auto scale with PB as you level up, and gives you a place to roll dice from with the adjusted modifiers. Hope it helps : https://ddb.ac/characters/59976285/7ZMNW5
hi the artificer's Homunculus Servant can use spell that i know but is he using my spell slot , his spell slot or no at all ?
?
The Servant's Channel Magic allows you to cast a spell with range of Touch via the Servant touching the target, so you are the one casting the spell. Servants don't have spellcasting ability or slots of their own.

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to increase the size of the humunculus servant. I saw somewhere that you could do that by spending gold on it but I can't find the post that said that.
Also, I was wondering if the humunculus servant could inhabit a golem body? Like if the golem was designed with a slot for the gemstone and the servant worked like a nervous system.
I'm trying to figure out if a anti magic area will just make my servant dissappear/stop working
The artificer infusions create magical items. The homunculus infusion, while a creature, is also a magical infusion, so yes, in an antimagic field it would stop being a magical infusion / creature item, until removed from said field.

2. like normal Homunculus Servants can I talk telekinetically with them?
3 how come might of the master doesn't scale on their mini might p character sheet would i have to put it in manually?
4 if the infusion ends since the heart is left in the space can i reinfuse the gem if I snatch it after they die reviving the homunculus?
5 is there a way to make a Homunculus Servant character sheet and add items to their inventory and attune them to magical items and etc?

Can you send me a link to the build or send me the details about how to make one?
with thanks
