I cannot find the Druid's wild shape Circle of the Moon. It is only Circle of Land when picking. Just wondering why this is missing. Thank you for your response.
That is horrible! I thought we at least got the PHB for free. I mean I cannot pay for everything twice. I have played for a few years now and I can just use the books. I was hoping there would be at least the PHB for free. This sucks. I really wanted to use this service too. What if I did the monthly subscription? Does that let me use some more content without buying the PHB?
Something I forgot to mention: if you already own a Player's Handbook you can recreate any options you're missing using the homebrew system. It'll take some time on your part but won't cost you any money.

The free rules only include Circle of the Land. You need to buy Circle of the Moon or the Player's Handbook from the D&D Beyond Marketplace.
It must be unlocked with a purchase from the Marketplace.
Check the PHB page, for either the full book or the single subclass.

The Player's Handbook is worth $30-50 depending on where you shop. It makes no sense to give it away for free.
See this thread for additional information on how DDB pricing works.
No, the subscriptions do not give you access to the content.
How could I buy just Circle of the moon subclass?
Go on this page, it is the third item of the Subclasses section.
If you click on the Player's Handbook in the Marketplace you'll be brought to a screen with options to buy individual parts of the book.
Well I feel stupid...

How do you do that?
On this page.
A guide to homebrew subclasses can be found here.
Thank you :)
