I have noticed that if you are playing as a level 20 Druid of the moon you have infinite uses of wild shape. Doesn’t that mean that if you kept transforming you would be invincible?
You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.
You can escape Death for a short time. Maybe even a long time. But Death is always waiting.
He is patient, but he is inevitable.

The same thing applies with Disintegrate. If the spell reduces the HP of the Wild Shape form to 0, the Druid is dead; no reversion.
That used to be true, but last year's big errata for the core book gift set fixed that. Now disintegrate only dusts you if you leaves you with 0 hit points, but as soon as a wild shaped druid hits 0 they'll revert back and fail the Disintegrate condition. The Beholder's disintegrate ray still has the old wording though.
Anyways HP isn't the same thing as your bodily integrity and there's nothing stopping you from being crushed or suffocated or exhausted to death, and having an infinite HP pool also doesn't protect against just being imprisoned or charmed.
Aah, yeah forgot about that one... lame. Disintegrateshould be able to dust a Druid in Wild Shape, but that change had to be made because players abused it with things like Polymorph to cheese encounters. 🙄

Overkill solutions. You can only transform on your turn, right? I would gather that getting attacked and taking damage in any fashion that is high enough to reduce both your wild shape and true shape in 1 round would do the trick.

I'd argue it was never intended to do that, it's just a side effect of a bad design decision. From where I'm standing it's pretty clear Disintegrate is meant to dust you once you've got no fight left in you and Wild Shape is supposed to supplement your existing HP. Replacing your HP led to a lot of unintended side effects when it comer to rules that care about your HP total. Jeremy Crawford's said before that if he could do it over he would've used temp HP for Wild Shape, and that's exactly the approach the D&D team later took with Mass Polymorph.

Yes, that would have absolutely been a better design decision.

Any effect that takes away the Bonus Action on your following turn would keep you from Wildshaping.
A level 18 Wizard could cast Hold Person on you every single turn. If you failed the saving throw, you cannot Wildshape on your next turn, because your saving throw to end the effect would happen at the end of your next turn. While you're paralyzed, any enemy within 5ft of you will have advantage on their attack on you, and if they hit with their attack, it will be a critical hit. The Wizard's allies, or even their minions, could bring you down pretty quickly this way. And you wouldn't be able to Wildshape until the turn after you succeeded the saving throw against the spell (during which time you would likely have to succeed on another saving throw against Hold Person).
There are other ways to take away the Druid's ability to Wildshape on its next turn, but luckily for the Druid these are mostly Wisdom Saves like Hold Person. But if you roll badly (or if you run into a Divination Wizard), you can be taken down very quickly.
There are plenty of ways to take down a level 20 Druid.

That assumes the wizard gets to cast Hold Person before the druid transforms. Command, Hypnotic Pattern or a monk's Stunning Strike are better ways to disable the druid.

That's true. The Wizard could also cast the spell after the Druid is knocked out of Wild Shape. Suggestion is another spell that could easily stop a Druid from Wild Shaping.

Power Word Kill

Technically, the premise is not correct. Druids of every Circle can wild shape an unlimited number of times.
But if you power word kill there wild shape they can just turn back into the same animal an infinite number of times for free
If they have under 100 hp though they die. They aren’t unconscious, there are no death saves, they are dead. Wild shapes don’t help at that point.
That’s a good point, thank you
Nothing is invincible.

As Tophloph mentioned, PWK completely kills the creature outright. It does not matter if the Druid is in Wild Shape or not.

Temp HP rather than replacing their HP would have been better, but then the Power Word Kill spell wouldn't even be able to kill them most of the time.
Won't save the Druid's friends though.
No? Unless you're specifically referring to level 20 druids?
But even then, it requires a bonus action (minimum) to wild shape. Meaning anything instant will still happen.

Ok, but can we all agree that they are very op against tank classes
