I have a doubt for how affect a druid in wild shape effects like the vampire's bit or the specter life drain that reduces maximus hit points. Does affect the druid or the wild shape? Because effects than kill creatures (and that effect does), regularly destroy the wild shape but not to the druid (disintegrate for example).
If an effect says it happens when you drop to zero HP then it still affects you, like being disintegrated. That’s zero wild shape HP, not wild shape plus druid.
If a monster or spell causes an additional effect upon reducing the target to zero hp, then that effect still occurs when it affects a druid in wild shape.
What happens if a druid using Wild Shape is reduced to 0 hit points by disintegrate? Does the druid simply leave beast form? The druid turns to dust, since the spell disintegrates you the instant you drop to 0 hit points.

The druid turns to dust, since the spell disintegrates you the instant you drop to 0 hit points. That’s the literal interpretation of the rules (RAW). In contrast, the intent (RAI) is that a druid isn’t considered to be at 0 hit points for the purposes of an effect like disintegrate until the druid’s normal form is reduced to 0 hit points.
I missed that the 2017 Sage Advice added that RAI onto the answer, but the RAW answer is still correct, even if that's not what they meant to happen.
I'm surprised that there hasn't been an errata issued to change the phrasing in some manner for wildshape.
I find the separation of RAW and RAI a little frustrating at times, rather than just saying, "We messed up on the wording slightly - this is how it's supposed to work" and then issuing an errata for the clarification.
That's true. It would be fair an errata re-phrasing. Anyway, I think that "you choose how to read it" it's fine. The group and the DM decide between both options.
Anyway, in the context of my doubt, the ulterior difference it was the use of one Spell slot to use lesser restoration.

Jeremy's stance is that errata is for text that's "incomplete, confusing or inaccurate." RAW and RAI not aligning perfectly isn't a reason for errata unless it's something they know is causing problems in practice for many players. That's why the Lucky feat hasn't been changed; although the RAW is funky and incentivizes you to inflict disadvantage on yourself so you get 3 dice to pick from, it doesn't get abused enough to warrant changing it. Heck, they're biding their time on changing Healing Spirit, which is undeniably way stronger than all comparable abilities.
They don't want players to feel like the rug's constantly being pulled out from under their feet. Even with their strict stance on errata, the game has already accumulated quite a bit of it and it's not easy to keep track of.

Thank you.
I imagine than the specter's curse affect anyway, impeding heal HP anyway.

I missed the duality of this question.
If a monster or spell causes an additional effect upon reducing the target to zero hp, then that effect still occurs when it affects a druid in wild shape.

I think of the Druid’s wild shape as living armor. Once you distroy the armor, you still have the Druid there.
