Playing this character and another player says there is no way I should get the number of attacks I do. I get 2 base plus bonus attack from war priest as well as reaction attack from sentinel feat which I can smite on any. I have great weapon master for -5 to hit for plus 10 damage that I usually pair with my guided strike. Link to character. https://ddb.ac/characters/8528928/jx3x1q
No, you are right with the number of attacks. Is it the players/DM feeling that the power levels are different between yourself and the rest of the party? Seeing the csheet, it does look like you've optimised for damage output, which depending on the type of campaign you are playing may not mesh well with the rest of the group. As always, best to sit down and discuss what their concerns are.
Dm says I am fine, but I outpace other characters in damage output if I do full burn with flametounge doing 4d6+5 and using smite and spells to help hit.
It's never fun to be a player where one person is oneshotting things and doing 90% of the damage. Personally I wouldn't build a character solely around damage output as that's only one tiny component of the game.
If your group is having big problems with it, they would probably talk with you and your DM to try to figure out a solution. If one player is simply annoyed that you have a high damage output, talk to him with the DM to find out another solution.
I don't know if you require a subscription to see the character sheet or what, but it's saying not found. That said, you could probably ask your dm for either a high AC enemy, a high HP enemy, or both. Or have the dm metagame against your character with status afflictions with the rationale that your reputation is growing and people are targeting you, you've had a curse placed on you, or some similar tack. Maybe a scenario where you get isolated from the group (fell down a slope of a mountain you are all descending because of pursuit from behind), have to go nova or ultra defensive to survive while the party works on getting to you. They show up in time to prevent you from getting over run but the party is then forced to flee. Since your resources would be taxed, you wouldn't be able to go full scale and the pursuit would prevent a rest, allowing the rest of the party some time to shine, perhaps including role play aspects where the party had to beg for sanctuary.
wait till the rogue in the group crits on a sneak attack. It might just seem like you attack alot due the the smite rolls added to it. But 2 attacks and a bonus action attack is normal, and everyone gets a AoO yours just happens when they come into range or attack someone else.

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of

I am pretty new to 5e. We played 3.5 until a few months ago. Didn't plan build ahead, just fell into place trying to recreate a 3.5 character I liked.
Honestly, your fine. Each class has a different power curve.
