If you play a v. human and take a strixhaven initiate feat, take the mage of high sorcery background and get the initiate of high sorcery feat and at level 4 take magical initiate by level 5 you will have 11 cantrips available and 19 spells, 4 of which can be cast once per long rest without expending a spell slot...
You only need to find a DM that allows strixhaven feats in other settings.
Not really that difficult. They're technically weaker than the likes of Fey-Touched and Shadow-Touched. They're only marginally better than standard Magic Initiate and less powerful than the One D&D version of Magic Initiate.
Yet the same DMs who would say no are probably the kind who'd accept Aberrant Dragonmark feat despite it being a lot stronger without even factoring it's potential to provide an Epic Boon at 10th level.

What are your opinions? If you multiclass with a cleric that has Potent Spellcasting and take the Sacred Flame as a cleric cantrip as wel,l can you add your wisdom mod damage to both targets of Moon Fire?

No, you would have to choose to either use the sacred flame thats a sorcerer spell with moon fire or the cleric cantrip to get the damage bump.
