As the title states I am basically a new player and this is my first character build and I need feedback on it. I am open to all criticism and advice and i am willing to change as much needed to make my character efficient and fun to role play. It is a tiefling warlock named Raldos. https://ddb.ac/characters/5595946/AU7t55
Warlock is a tricky one, since there's a lot of options and flexibility. Are you going to be a caster? Melee front liner? I can't see your background, so you may know that already. But, Eldritch Blast will out reach, and out damage, a crossbow. So, I'd swap that out for a sword or axe.
Here's my Tiefling Hexblade. She's very melee focussed, with her Patron-given katana. I love playing her as a reckless sword-NO-board two-handed slasher.
Thanks for replying, I haven't really done much with the background yet, but I am wanting to be more of a caster who can still hold his own in melee situations. I will swap the bow for sword though.
Burning Hands and Hellish Rebuke are good spells, but since warlocks only have 1 spell slot at level 1, and 2 slots up to level 10, most people find it more useful to pick spells that either have a duration longer than "instant", or are defensive, rather than hitting once and being done until you take an hour to rest.
My suggestion for 1st level would be: Armor of Agathys, Hex, Protection from Evil and Good, Cause Fear and Charm Person. You should choose according to what you find useful and fits the theme/story of your character.
Of course, they're all your choices to make, if you wish to keep the spells you've already got, they're not at all useless. I'll also point out that you'll get Hellish Rebuke at lv3 as the Tiefling's racial feature.

...and, Darkness at 5th...
Yes, indeed. I only mentioned Hellish Rebuke because he'd picked it as one of the 1st level spells.
So I swapped hellish rebuke out for Armor of Agathys
I just noticed you mentioned that you're a new player, and not just a new Warlock, so I'd also like to point out that each time you level up you can switch a spell you already know for a new one, and that means you can keep Hellish Rebuke up to level 2, and then switch it when you get the racial feature, if you wish. Although personaly I would keep Armor of Agathys as well.
Hex may be better as a first level spell over burning hands. It allows you to maximize your damage against single targets and there's no save to avoid being hexed. Also, if you can use hex on a target BEFORE combat begins, the target has disadvantage on initiative rolls. Something to consider.
It also depends on how you want to play your character. Multifaceted? All out combat? More of a controller? It seems like you're leaning on straight forward combat.
Here's a link to mine. He's Great Old One Patron, Pact of the Blade (I don't recommend this if you're going with Eldritch Blast), level 7. I hope the few examples shown help.
Wizard: Yes. I cast the Wish spell and I wish that everybody loves me!
DM: You transform into an irresistible, magnificent feast. It was so great, all who participated in devouring you tell of the joy they felt with tears in their eyes and all who hear the tale only feel sorrow that they weren't there to eat.
Just a few quick thoughts. Since your race gives you Thaumaturgy for free, you might get more usage out of a different starting cantrip than Prestidigitation only because most DM's allow a fair amount of overlap between those 2 cantrips. You might consider Minor Illusion or Mage Hand for some further utility or a melee range damage cantrip since Eldritch Blast would roll with disadvantage if someone closes to melee with you. I like Toll the Dead because many things that will want to close to melee range with you will not have proficiency on wisdom saving throws.
On your spells, 1 small thing to consider- Since you have taken The Fiend it's important for you to note that the Temp Hit Points granted by Armor of Agathys do not stack with the Temp Hit points you receive from your Dark One's Blessing. Granted Armor of Agathys is guaranteed whereas you have to land the killing blow to gain the Dark One's Blessing but I made that mistake when I was a new player. This may influence your decision to take Armor right off the bat, it may not but I just wanted to point it out since it's a common mistake.
Thank you to both of you for the replies, I didnt know that the points did not stack. I'll make a note to remember that. I will read more about hex and see if I like that.

You can switch out an Eldritch Invocation each time you level, as well.

So just to clarify I can swap known spells at each level?
Yes, you can swap ONE(01) known spell at each level.
Awesome thank you, I'll make note of that.

You get a bag of holding at lvl 1? Interresting!
