2024 Steel Wind Strike with Conjure Minor Elementals on. What's the damage? It doesn't explicitly say you teleport to each location, but you do make a melee spell attack to each target. Thoughts on whether they benefit from your emanation?
I am fairly certain you do teleport to each location as you are making a melee attack. You can't attack them in melee unless you are there. So yeah I guess it would work. But you are right in that it is not explicit, just implied so I guess a DM could claim you are making wind slashes or something from your current location and only teleport at the end. If your DM rules that you do not teleport it still works as long as each target is within the emanation. Though if conjure minor elemental does not get a errata nerfing it really soon I will be surprised.
Using this combo on a Scribe wizard allows your manifest mind construct to do the teleporting for you while you stand safely off to the side.
You only cast from the MM's space, the MM doesn't actually cast anything. So, no it doesn't teleport for you, you're still the one teleporting. The only benefit is that when determining which creatures are in the 30ft range you can do so from the MM's space instead of your own, if so desired.
