 Here's some spells to consider:

Sleep, Suggestion, Catnap, Feign Death, Glyph of Warding, Dream, Contingency, Magic Jar, Mass Suggestion, Sequester, Astral Projection, and Imprisonment.

All of those involve or can involve unconsciousness.

You may also consider Galder's Tower and Magnificent Mansion to summon sleeping places.

Make sure he as the spells: Sleep, Dust Devil, Eyebite, Bestow Curse, Imprisonment, Dream, Catnap and Wall of Sand.
