I can see not applying it automatically for the party members cause sometimes that's not the case with dndbeyond campaign characters vs what's going on in game, but it does so automatically to the warlock itself.
Maybe having the temp hp check if current temp after the rest is higher than what would be applied by Celestial Resilience and otherwise give temp hp applicable, follow the rules of the feature?
The site does not currently enable any temporary features. That's further down the development pipeline, and I don't expect anything that requires an 'if:then' logic to work on the first pass when they do enable it.
