Any spell that features an area of effect special flag (a handful of examples: bones of the earth, call lightning, conjure volley) shows this information in the form of an asterisk on the spell detail page (or in the spells listing pages), but nowhere on the character sheet. Not in the Spells tab under the spell Notes section (where the area is defined), or even in the sidebar. Having the asterisk to indicate a special area of effect in these cases feels like a crucial piece of information to have at a glance.
