I'm trying to build an item for the Artificer Artillerist, and I have a slight issue with the current detection of URLs.
Enhanced Arcane Focus (WGtE, ERftLW, TCoE) doesn't accept any of the standard bracket links (like [ spell]Enhanced Arcane Focus[/ spell]), and I can't share the item publicly with the links that go to dndbeyond.com, because the system thinks they're external.
I assume this goes for any Artificer Infusions, which I know from a development standpoint is a more difficult idea to code around. The Artificer class itself really does muck with the expected rules of a caster, and that's part of the reason why we can't homebrew any new infusions. But we've also had a couple years to sort out Artificers. Just my two cents.
The first part is because no class features get tooltips. None of the brackets will work because Enhanced Arcane Focus is neither a spell, nor a magic item, nor an action, etc...
If the goal truly is to share it publicly — assuming you want to put it out into the world for everybody, it has been playtested, and with the knowledge that once published it can never be un-published — then you'll simply have to leave no links and rely on users to look up the Enhanced Arcane Focus infusion on their own. If the item is mostly meant for your own home game(s), you're able to use it and share it with the other members of your campaign without the need to publish. In which case, the links are no problem!

Artificer Infusions are a base class feature and we cannot affect any changes to core class features at the present time.
