My encounters has not been working for me for the past 3 day. I try looking up solutions but they all have to do with adblockers and I don't have a adblocker. Can anyone help me? I use Windows 10 and google chrome if that helps.
Do you have any other browser extensions? Try disabling all of them, just to be sure. Also try disabling your VPN, if you use one. Try clearing your cache. Check that your account entitlements are in sync. If you have a campaign linked to the encounter, check whether any players have homebrew that might be causing issues.
I check and my subscription is still active. I also try disabling the extensions and clear chrome and the web sites cache, but it still not working. I don't really have a VPN and I check the homebrew, but I don't see anything wrong with them.
Is it possible that the campaign contains an incomplete character? One without class levels or ability scores. You should be able to check from the campaign page.

AlumniIf you've gone through all of the above steps and are still having issues with your encounters, it's perhaps best to create a support ticket.
