So, say I have not bought the Sword Coast Adventures book yet, but as a DM of a game, I have bought the Oath of the Crown from there. Would that be able to be shared to players as an option to use? Or does it require the whole book to be purchased?

If anyone in the campaign enables content sharing, then every purchase everyone in the campaign has made will be unlocked for every character within that specific campaign.
