Now that I have had a chance to go through TCoE, I can legitimately say that at least 80% of it will be banned from use in any campaign I DM. You need to fix your content sharing so that I can make sure that players at my table will not be shown access to this book. Until now, the fact that your content sharing was embarrassingly limited in functionality was something I could live with. But now I will be forced to tell my players to create alt accounts so that I can make sure that their libraries are not shared in my campaigns and that’s horseshit. Fix your software.
Pretty similar problem here. My players have to activate Homebrew for items I specifically make for a campaign, but that unavoidably leads to them accidentally selecting OP homebrew stuff I designed for other campaigns or just for fun.
But as far as I know they are already developing more advanced campaign tools, also in regards to the group patrons of tashas couldron. So I figure they will have better solutions sooner or later.
While more granular content sharing is totally an awesome thing that a lot of people would benefit from, I'm pretty sure most of the toggles you need are already available to you.
The content management menu will prevent your players accessing the compendium content, the only exception being it won't stop the player who purchased it (for obvious reasons)
Once the feature is active, optional class features and optional origins can both be disabled from the character builder, much in the same way other sources can be
This just leaves spells, items and subclasses that will still be shared. I understand wanting to limit those depending on the nature of your campaign, and the frustration not being able to do so might cause. For the time being, you will have to communicate to your players the subclasses allowed.

I don't like that players can pick things from "blocked" sources even when they don't own it.
Blocking the source only blocks the compendium access. They need to improve this service.
