Deity domains aren't listed on here in a separate place as a living document. They would be listed in the book they are featured in. I know of no errata changing a previously purchased book's deity listings.
I therefore don't know what you're looking for.
Also, the domain of a deity is actually a 'per campaign' thing, with the listed domains being only suggestions. You are encouraged to check with the DM regarding any deity that your character follows or has ties with because every campaign may use deities differently.
From the PHB, with some bold from me to highlight most relevant bits:
"Your DM determines which gods, if any, are worshiped in his or her campaign. From among the gods available, you can choose a single deity for your character to serve, worship, or pay lip service to. Or you can pick a few that your character prays to most often. Or just make a mental note of the gods who are revered in your DM’s campaign so you can invoke their names when appropriate. If you’re playing a cleric or a character with the Acolyte background, decide which god your deity serves or served, and consider the deity’s suggested domains when selecting your character’s domain."
In the pantheon section it also says "Each world in the D&D multiverse has its own pantheons of deities".
So the books heavily advise that gods/deities will vary and you should check with the DM.
Since you are supposed to check with the DM regardless of what is suggested it would seem entirely pointless for deities to be listed on here separate from their books and updated to later publishing.

Hecate, goddess of magic and the moon, is listed as being Knowledge and or Trickery domain.
Why hasn't this been changd to the Arcane and Twilight domains?
It hasn't been changed because WotC hasn't published an errata for it, likely because as pointed out by Cybermind that gods and their presence in a campaign, let alone their specific domains, are DM dependent. They haven't updated any of the divine domains for any of the deities listed in the PHB, and it's unlikely they will.
