Hi all, just wanted to get peoples opinions on what they are most looking forward to next from DDB. Please vote and discuss, I look forward to learning the comunity’s collective opinion. If you selected “other” please list your suggestions in the comments below.
The thing I want most is a better way to organize My Characters page, such as with folders and being able to manually reorganize the list. For my My Character page, it looks kind of a mess with UA template characters, concept characters, and characters I actually use all mixed together.
Character Sheet and Homebrew Generator are my next most wanted improvements. Beyond's Character Sheet is the primary reason I use this site, and it would be nice to see further improvements. Being able to further customize things via homebrew is also good.
I also want to see Class Variant Features as it seems really cool, but since it is UA, I do not really mind waiting a bit longer.
I am indifferent to the Encounter Builder and Combat Tracker. They are still good to have, but I do not see myself using it very much right now.
I do not care about the Dice Roller. The app feels fine to me, I have no issue with reading from it, so I do not think there needs to be much improvement there.
do the simple things first.. ad a roll button (d20) for each of the checks on abilites. .perception etc. that tosses teh roll to a text chat window.. and a button to or automatically put that roll into the clipboard. so people can use teh sheet for online play . and paste to thier hangouts or whatever.. the advanced dice roller can come later..
All joking aside, an updated character sheet that fixes all the known bugs would be great (Life Domain spells not having bonus applied etc).
Additionally, the Combat Tracker is the main thing I'm finding a use for as a DM as everything else feels secondary. Even in the Alpha Stage, the small stuff it's doing already makes a large difference. Once spell slot tracking and all the other stuff is added, it will be one of the best tools on the site. :)

I desperately want the ability to gift content. I would love to be able to gift friends with content from the site, but without the option I am forced to look at other platforms or giving them the physical books.
I don't understand why gifting isn't an option yet.
As I have recently started playing mostly AL, my priorities have shifted away from homebrew and other non-AL useful features and more toward the character sheet (which was always one of my top priorities anyway).
It’s interesting, “Other” keeps climbing, but I don’t see many suggestions getting listed.
Fair enough. AL log sheet. Party shared, vehicle, chest, and NPC inventories. Send items between characters. DM screen and improved champaign features.
I would love to see DDB have a way to have access to 1E to 5E books and if you have PDFs of older editions of D&D (Example: 2E AD&D) so those who prefer older Editions we could use them and have a means of drag & drop Addition of our own files or books we have can be added to a private library that as a basic member we add a book we access it without a subscription fee And if we buy a physical print book we should get a code to get a percentage off the digital book on DDB.

Whilst it would be cool to have older editions accessible to those that want them, this site is primarily functioned towards 5th Edition. It's unlikely resources would be devoted to allow a set up of accessible older editions of D&D.

DDB would have to rebuild each if their tools for each additional edition even if their partnership with WotC for 5e allowed it (which is very unlikely).

I must say, so far the results of the poll are interesting.

As for the code for physical print books, see this thread as to why that's extremely unlikely - Hardcover Books, D&D Beyond and You FAQ
