I have made a number of homebrew creatures for the wildshape and summoned variety, but they've stopped showing up.
I have made a4th, 5th, 6th and 7th level versions of the summon elemental creatures, and while I've previously been able to add the 4th, 5th and 6th levels. The new 7th levels (who i create by creating a copy of the existing creatures) do not show up. In fact, when i check in my extras tab i can only see the 4th level air elemental i created several months ago.
Others in the same campaign also find only the single creature I've made.
What's going on? Two weeks ago i made the 7th level creatures, and figured they'd appear after a few days.
No. There shouldn't be a need to publish monsters in order for myself and the people in my campaigns to see the things I create. That's only for letting people outside of my campaigns find them when you search for them.
As mentioned, this has previously worked just fine. I've been able to add the previous iterations I made. It's just recently in the past month or three.

Correct, you don’t need to publish the monster at all. I asked because there’s a glitch using published monsters as templates replacing the monster instead of adding a new one.

Yes. I've been able to add custom creatures before, and as mentioned I saw one of my custom creatures, but not the rest.

To be honest, I thought the Collection was merely for sharing with others in your groups without publicizing, not actually for getting access to your own creations...

Did you publish the monster?

My entitlements were not in sync, but that didn't help.
Are you sure those creatures are in Your Homebrew Collection?

There we go. That was the culprit.
