On top of all the feedback about the store changes and removing a la carte (which I completely agree with the community are horrible decisions) I'm noticing that Wizards is also unfairly punishing continental US customers for where we live.
The Wizards D&D store offers the expanded rules for $169.95 to include the physical and digital editions of each book. Great. Lovely. You pay a slight premium vs. each book individually to get the digital editions and a nice DM screen.
The D&D Beyond store offers no such value. You pay the exact same $169.95 to only get the physical books as it is currently advertised.
To top it off, I cannot buy the option from the Wizards D&D store as shipping is now restricted to international and non-continental US addresses. So I'm locked into getting less value for my money. What gives?
Qualifying bundles are calculated in your cart automatically. Add both the digital and physical versions of a qualifying book to your cart and the digital version will be automatically discounted
Where it says "Add both formats to cart to get Digital for $10"
I know it says it right there in plain English, but it is such a poor UX design decision that I had to read it 3 times before questioning "Why would they do it that way?"

I was referring to the Rules Expansion Gift Set which only lists the Physical option with no call outs for the digital editions being included for free.
The bundle and save on the individual books is populating fine.

Thanks for the tip - would be nice if that could be called out in the product descriptions for them? It's unclear unless you do add to cart.
I believe it is called out:

There are glaring faults with the new storefront, but it is somehow the customers fault that it sucks?
