I am looking for help making a Homebrew Pact Feature

Can someone tell me if there is a way to make one? I am attempting to make a Gun centered Pact Feature, but I don’t know where to add it

You have to make a subclass for the Warlock.

I did but I can’t make things like “pact of the Tome”
