I understand that the Master Tier subscription allows you to share your DnD content.
Question is: Does anyone that wanted to join in on a campaign through DnD beyond need a subscription above the Basic Tier subscription?
No, a subscription is not needed to join or even create a campaign. A Master Tier sub is required to share content, although it need not be the DM who has the sub, and all books anyone in the campaign owns on here.
