Is it possible to make racial feats for homebrew races?

I'm trying to create a feat that can only be used by my homebrew race, but selecting race as the prerequisite only gives official race options

How would you suggest I go about it? Make the prerequisite the name of my custom race, but just give it a level restriction instead?
