Is it possible to enable all homebrew to my campaign - and not by clicking "add to collection" first?

What do you mean by 'all' homebrew? As in everything anyone has ever published on the site? If so, no.

Quick question, why would you ever want to do that? The amount of unbalanced, duplicated and just plain bad content must be staggering

Not as bad as the D&D Wiki, that’s for sure.

It would take forever to create and level up characters as you wade through literally thousands of races, subraces, backgrounds, subclasses, spells, feats, and items. Literally thousands of each, many with identical names.

I cant add my homebrew feat to my character? WHY?!?!

Have you checked "allow homebrew" is on in CB?
