I'd like a wat to organize my characters into folders or tags so when I use the advance filters I can filter on a particular group of characters. Without this, how are you guys organizing your many characters?
The Google Chrome extension Beyond Help has this. I'll be honest, Folders and sorting characters is 95% why I use that extension. The other 5% is the text box editor button so one can add DDB tooltips to homebrew creations. I've not used the extension for anything else and it's not caused me any problems.
Having collapsible folders with all your characters sorted out is a godsend for anyone with a subscription that has dozens of characters created.
NOTE: You will need to setup a zendesk account (which is not your DnDBeyond.com account, the team uses this 3rd party software). It's easy to do and your votes are needed!

It's on the road map to add folders and tags to character menus.

I've heard some people use chrome extensions ("beyond help" I think) to sort their characters into folders.
Thanks for the reply. Most people I know have dozens of characters created. Do you by chance have a link to where they say this?
It's been said a few times by Adam in the Developer Updates, but you can always find the D&D Beyond feature roadmap here: https://trello.com/b/vIKxuEs8/dd-beyond-feature-roadmap
It's the best way (other than the dev updates) to keep up with features that are both a WIP and upcoming!
