Anyone else not a fan of the new Tasha's Artificer symbol?
It used to be a simple gear, elegant and in line with the other class' symbols.
Now, it's some weird, coat-of-arms lookin' wrench and hammer crossed behind a circle with a potion on it.
It looks incredibly out of place and complex compared to the other class symbols and is just a straight downgrade.
I didn’t notice it until now, but this is just one more thing I hate about this effing book.
It's not the prettiest, but I wouldn't call the warlock symbol not 'complex.'

Eh, I can take it or leave it. I do think you're right that it seems a little over designed.
It's a lot more inclusive than the previous one, as not all Artificers use clockwork. That being said, I like it a little better than the last.

Have you looked at some of the symbols? The fighter is the exact same formula as the new artificer.....
