Hi, I tried to find an answer here on the forums, but failed to turn anything up...
Is there a way to use the optional Proficiency Die rule when generating a character and have it appear on the character sheet instead of the static bonus?

Not at this time, no. Staff will be looking into ways to implement a lot of the optional rules going forward, but it will be quite the process.
