3: You have already purchased a physical book, and now deserve something here at no/reduced cost
4: There should be a subscription that provides access to all content for a couple of bucks a month.
5: WOTC/curse is greedy

Of course I'm kidding. I also think the service is great and am very satisfied with all of it. I think there are a lot of us, but you wouldn't know it from the forums. Keep up the great work, Curse.
I DMed a live game this evening. One of the players really wanted to fight skeletons, so I pulled up D&D Beyond (after getting the only available computer to work right) and searched for undead with a CR no greater than the party's level. I love being able to do that.

I am a newbie to these boards, so I haven't seen all of those yet.
Looks like all of those topics center about money. Seems a little one dimensional...
I guess that is good, if that is the only focus that the negativity has to latch on is a price tag.

Verdict: D&D Beyond is quite useful in general, but it really shines if the encounter includes a spellcaster.
well, first response I didn't quote correctly. So you seem like an expert, here's a question: I was building a character and so for equipment, Do I need to enter each item from the starting character equipment, or is there an easier selection process?
I exported my monk character sheet and the spell casting sheet was blank. I know the monk isn't a spell caster but they do have ki and abilities that use ki. When I make my spell sheet by hand I record all the abilities that cost 0 ki and any cantrips I know from my race in the cantrips section, all the abilities that cost 1 ki in the level 1 section, those that cost 2 ki in the level 2 section, and so forth. I also use the "Special Attack Bonus" square to record my total ki points.
It would be great to have a modified spell casting sheet for monks in D&DB so that when the full character sheet is generated it would include the ki allowance, the spell save DC, and all the ki abilities and any additional cantrips the character knows.
So far, what I see it is right on the money. I was able to quickly build a character that my daughter envisioned in a matter of seconds...
Thank you for all the hard work to get us to where we are right now with this spectacular product.

The listings were helpful for the skeletons and warhorse skeleton and extremely helpful for the bone naga.

There will be an easier selection process when they're finished with the upcoming changes.
But for now you have to enter each one manually.
