Most backgrounds and character sheet cosmetics do not show up for me; the background for my character sheet is often a blank white, and my avatar picture is usually blank as well. Sometimes, the icon frame doesn't work, but that's become rare for me, which is nice. Has anyone else experienced this?
The background appears when I hit F12, and I did the empty cache and hard reload, but the background vanished again when I closed dev mode. Additionally, my character's portrait did not show up at all during this.

D&D Beyond FoundersSounds like some sort of browser caching issue. If you're using chrome, you can flush your browser cache by doing the following:
