I created a level 8 Clockwork Sorcerer and it would not let me change my Clockwork Spells. I read on a different forum you have to create a copy of the Clockwork Soul as a homebrew and then change the spells to the abjuration/transmutation options you want, THEN you create a new character using the homebrew to get the spells you need. I've done all that but when I go to my character sheets I'm still only seeing the default Clockwork Spells.
For example: Instead of the default Alarm and Protection from Evil/Good, I changed it to Armor of Agathys and Shield. On my character sheet, it still shows Alarm and Protection from E/G as my known spells and I cannot change them.
It probably goes without saying, but on the character home tab make sure homebrew is enabled. Had a player make this mistake so thought it at least worth mentioning.
That would be a neat trick since the very first post in this thread is only 4 months old, and the book containing the Clockwork Soul was only published around 10 months ago.
To change spells see this video for the how-to. Audio is a bit shit but you can still hear everything. Hope it helps.

You are a lifesaver, my friend. I was ready to just accept needing to keep my spells in a separate document and use D&DBeyond to track my other stuff, but this actually lets me use it for everything

Please post a copy of your character’s URL so a Mod or Staffer can look into it for you.

Did you get this fixed? I am having the same issue.
https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/87774-tashas-cauldron-of-everything-issues-and-support shows the current support status. If you've created a homebrew subclass as suggested above and switched to using it make sure you've waited for caching to clear (5-15 mins).

4 years later and this is still an issue. Is there a way to force the cache clear?

You can force your profile cache to clear by logging out and back in.
You can force a character sheet’s cache to reset by refreshing the page, raising the character’s level, and lowering it again.
