About one week ago i purchased the Mythical Odyssey of Theros sourcebook from the dnd beyond android app. The payment went through and i got the receipt, but when i try to open the sourcebook it redirect me to the marketplace page, as if i haven't owned the source yet.
I tried to relogin and refresh the page from the app and website and i still unable to access the sourcebook. I checked on my Account and it also haven't listed Theros as owned by me yet. I've made multiple purchases the same way before and they're all unlocked without any issues.
I've contacted support right after purchase and the automated reply said they're outside bussiness hours and i should wait 24-72 hours, but it's been almost a week and i still haven't recieved any reply.
As of now, DND Beyond owes me $29,99. Any official support would be appreciated and i hope this issue will be resolved quickly. thanks!
Make sure you accessing the right account. People often make two accounts by mistake, using one account on their phone and another account on their computer.
Check your entitlements: click on your user name in the upper left corner above (on mobile, it's in the menu that looks like a stack of lines); choose account, then the marketplace tab. Look at the "account entitlements" section; if it says you need to sync, click the sync button. While you are on that page, scroll down to the Current Product Licenses section and check to see if Theros appears there; also check to see if you accidentally purchased just the compendium.
Support can get backed up; please don't submit a second ticket, as that is part of why it gets backed up. I'm hoping that a moderator will see this and check in.
But please post back and let us know if my suggestions resolved things. Also please check back if you still haven't heard from support in a few more days.
Thanks for the suggestions, I've checked the account entitlement and it says that my data is already in sync, i still didn't found Theros on the list of owned sourcebooks, however.

I'm thinking of sending another ticket but if those gonna cause another problem then I'll refrain. Still, it kinda bummer not getting any responses though. Oh well, guess i just need to wait more for the official response.
