Is there a way to access the dice roller (both on desktop through Chrome and through the new joined companion app) where a GM/DM can roll without having to open a character sheet?
This is a cumbersome oversight, I feel. Often I want to make rolls behind the screen through DnDBeyond, but hide them from my players. I also want to make rolls that aren't attached to a player character/character sheet. Or, I want to make a roll from an NPC without letting my characters know the NPCs name or intentions.
Any news on a GM/DM roller feature that allows these, and more, features?
You can roll dice on the encounter builder. there's a red 20 die icon in the lower left of that page and you can click and roll.
If you are a subscriber, you can also access the combat tracker, where you can roll dice, both using the same red die icon/button and by clicking on rollable areas of monster statblocks.
