So as it says I made an Artificer and the Flash of Genius Feature is not showing up on the character sheet or in the character builder. It's not under optional features or anywhere else that I can find. Any one else experiencing this?
What level artificer are you playing as, and is it an official release artificer or a homebrewed version via subclass or the like?
