I've sent two emails, one on sunday and one yesterday. I spent 100 bucks in order to plan the character I wanted. I was able to see all the extra colleges, oaths and paths, whatnot for about 24 hours, but now I only see the "base model" races and subclasses. I'd appreciate some assistance as soon as possible. First, please don’t repeat support requests. It only slows the response system down. (Posting here and submitting a support ticket are fine; multiple support tickets for the same issue are not) secondly, check your entitlements: click on your user name/avatar in the upper right of this page (or, on mobile, in the menu accessed by tapping the icon of stacked lines). Choose Account, then the marketplace tab. Look at the first section titled “Account Entitlements.” If it says that you need to sync, click on the sync tab. While you are on that tab/page, scroll down to the Current Product Licenses section and confirm that your purchases show up there.
If you don’t see your purchases under current product licenses, my guess is that you have two different accounts here. That happens more often that one would think around here, and is often related to using different services (google, twitch, etc.) to sign in. Support can usually help you sort that out.
Finally, I presume that by “sent emails” you mean you submitted a support ticket here. If not, please do so. But, if you already did, they will get back to you as soon as they can.
