The Monster Manual matches the SRD. It also notes (MM p8 and also here, although you'll have to scroll down as I can't directly link to the Skills section) that "Other modifiers might apply. For instance, a monster might have a larger-than-expected bonus (usually double its proficiency bonus) to account for its heightened expertise." As the numbers are double the proficiency bonus (the proficiency bonus for a CR 4 monster is normally +2), I'm guessing this clause is in effect for Succubus/Incubus.

OK,thank you @skizzerz, i didn't check the MM. So, SRD is correct, whereas D&D Beyond lower the skills by 2.
Note: Yes a lot of monsters have a bonus of the skills that goes beyond the proficiencs bonus...It is like a feat.
The sucubus is not an official playable race, so you won't find it in the official resources. The only official "monstrous" races are in Volo's. (The MInautaur may show up in Ravnica). So you will need to homebrew it. (There is currently a sucubus/incubus entry in published homebrew, but it is a completely "empty" race: there are no stat bonuses, features, or the like.
The skills bonus from the SRD seems to differ from the ones reported in the app:
from SRD
Skills Deception +9, Insight +5, Perception +5,Persuasion+9, Stealth +7
From the app
This is wierd, they are sort of both correct. on here it seems the proficiency bonus is +2 but on the SRD the proficiency bonus is +4.
Its all about having fun!

Yep, we will have a fix for this one coming next week. Thanks so much for the feedback!

Where do I find monsters you can play as?? Like the succubus?
