A guy I know who I allowed to use my account no longer has any business with me so I need to change my password for the site, but I'm unsure how to do this.
D&D Beyond does not use a password system, it authenticates through Twitch, Google, or Apple. Further, it is against the terms of service to share access.

To expound on Arenlors accurate summary, it is against both D&D Beyonds terms of service to share your login credentials and those of Google, Twitch or Apple. You should not, under any circumstances, share such information.
In order to re-secure your account you will need to change your password (and potentially two-factor authentication) for whichever login service you use to access D&D Beyond, and then put in a customer service ticket to have all devices linked to your account logged out. (It must be done in that order, otherwise this third party could log in again before you change your credentials)
In future, please adhere to the terms of service of this site
