I don't know if it's because of the new dice rolling thing they added, but I can't seem to roll dice at all on character sheets. I can interact with them, but no dice are actually rolled for anything.

Hey y'all, I'm Okashido and I'm super into D&D. I like making characters(to the point where I have a doc about 100 pages long filled with character ideas.), am an aspiring actor in college, and also consider myself a storyteller and actor at the table. I enjoy making characters with backstories and watching them play off of other people. I roll with the punches and am a great Improviser. I can DM, but think my strengths lay in being a Player most. Hope we can all have fun and maybe play some games.
I do not, and I've never heard of that before. I can roll dice in the encounter runner, but not on sheets or in character creation.

Double check that you have dice rolling turned on for the character: click the cog just to the right of your character's name, and look for the dice toggle: I just checked one of my characters and discovered dice rolling was turned off on it.
If you do have dice rolling turned on for the character, what browser are you using? What happens if you use a different one?
It is turned on, I forgot completely that was something you have to opt into so I just checked. I'm using chrome, but as I said, I can roll dice in other places on the website, just not anywhere in character sheets.

Hold on, I might have found the reason it's not working but it's *weird*
I think it only not working when I'm using the everlasting rime dice. I switched to the classic set and it worked fine. I don't know if this is a glitch with those dice or something but it's working if I don't use the rime dice.

Yes, yes I am. That's how I figured out it was those dice in particular.

I'm wondering if there's something else interfering (like a VPN or ad blockers; Kapersky is notorious for causing issues), or somehow some bad cached data. You might try clearing your cache and cookies, and turning off any VPN or ad blockers if you have them, and see if that changes anything. Or, if you log in to an Incognito browsing session and can roll the dice, that's a clear indication that something with your browser settings is interefering.
Edit: Or as ArwensDaughter suggested, you might try in a different browser.
Okay, I tried it in firefox and it seemed to work there. What should I do to get it back working on chrome?

Thank you so much! All the other forums keep mentioning to turn on the "enable dice rolling for this character" and it was getting frustrating as that does not work for me. I knew it was something about the browser I was using but wasn't sure what it was until I read this. Thanks!
Only thing that worked was disabling the hardware acceleration for graphics. I wish that was a site-specific toggle as in general it works well. Just not for rolling dice on dndbeyond.

Do you have any browser extensions active? Especially, for example Beyond20? If so, try turning them off and see what happens.

Yeah, that's why I thought it might be the sheet toggle. Can you try another browser? Otherwise, I think your best bet is to submit a support ticket.

If you switch back to Everlasting Rime after having used the Classic set, are you still prevented from rolling with that set?
Yes, yes I am. That's how I figured out it was those dice in particular.

Try the steps mentioned above, one at a time:
1) Clear cache and cookies
2) Check if you have any extensions, and turn them off if you do
3) Disable your anti-virus software (or whitelist dndbeyond.com)
