I don't know if this has been mentioned (it probably has), but the Gift Of The Metallic Dragon feat doesn't apply its relevant stat bonus in the character builder
All feats that give you a choice of Ability Score increase are broken down into separate feats depending on the bonus; there is also a "blank" feat or listing purposes. So you need to choose the feat that includes the abbreviation for the Ability Score you want to increase. E.g Gift of the Metallic Dragon (CHA).
Good callout to check for, but I've picked the feat specific to int on a character sheet and it's not applying the bonus. I've tried cha and wis and neither of those apply for Gift of Metallic either.
If you mean the Protective Wings, those are a temporary effect which can apply to yourself or another creature, and DDB currently isn't set up for temporary effects. You can find Protective Wings in your Reactions section to see what AC bonus should be applied.

Is it just the character builder where it’s not showing, or does it also affect the character sheet? What happens if you refresh the “abilities” tab of the builder?
Of the three feats in Fizban's, only the Gift of the Gem Dragon provides a stat bonus.
Went back and checked and this is correct. The confusion was it lets you pick a stat like gem does, but doesn't add to the stat. It's to set the spellcasting modifier for cure wounds, but I made an assumption because pretty much every other feat labeled with a stat improves the stat.
