Do you (or someone else in the campaign) have the Players Handbook on DDB?
Do you (or someone else in the campaign) have a Master Tier Subscription and if so, have you/they turned on content sharing?

I have the players handbook purchased through dndbeyond.
You or one of your players need the Master Tier subscription to allow the sharing of purchased content.
