I created a homebrew race with Dex +2 generally, and +1 to a mental Ability in each Subrace. However, on my character that previously was a Forest Gnome, I now have +4 racial to Dex, even tho the Ability Modifiers are set up correctly.

To confirm, you don't have the subraces set to add +2 to Dex? The base race should be the only one with the Dex modifier.

Occasionally the homebrew race Ability Score modifiers bug out a little. Go back into the race and edit the modifier with dexterity again, going into it, deleting the '2' in its Fixed Value and then add it back in. If that doesn't work, delete the modifier within the racial trait and add it in again entirely. One of those should solve it.

I think this is on the list of things to be fixed, stay tuned!

You can just homebrew it yourself by using the homebrew tools to copy the gnome race and adjust the ASIs that way. It would be a lot quicker than trying to find a homebrew gnome.

No official races grant a +3 to a single score, even using the new optional rules from Tasha's.
