I have an issue I've noticed occurring recently where magic weapons in my inventory do not apply their bonus correctly. At first I was only seeing this with +1 weapons, but it has now started happening with all of them, seemingly.
This is the only sheet I have used since the container update. On further testing, I've observed the following:
This issue is not unique to this sheet. Magic weapons that I add to other sheets exhibit the same issues. However, magic weapons that were already on the sheets are continuing to function as expected.
Homebrew weapons are also affected in the same way.
You'll need to move the magic items out of other containers and back to Equipment, and then refresh the web page, for them to apply modifiers etc. properly.

I tried that and as you suggested they started working again. Moving them back into a container reproduced the issue. Should I take that to mean that the modifiers of magic weapons stored in containers do not currently work?
This is still an issue, and the "fix" above no longer works. Is the dev team still working on this? For example, the item I'm working on is a Mace of Disruption; any time the modifier Bonus - Magic Fixed Value 2 is added, it never updates the weapon. Now, I can start with a +2 weapon then add in the special damage of the Mace of Disruption and that works, but the other way does not.

I repeated the process I mentioned above, but this time I attuned to it, toggled Inspiration, reloaded, toggled Inspiration, reloaded, and it ended up working. Appreciate your patient and helpful response to my issue posted in likely the wrong place.

So it seems, yeah. It's the same with other magic items, and modifiers as well as spells provided by them.

This is a known issue that the dev team are aware of and plan to fix!

So I’m using the blunderbuss as my base weapon, which does not require attunement and this still is not functioning properly. Any other ideas?
edit. After deleting the item out of my homebrew and creating a fresh copy of said item. The issue was resolved.
