per the multiclassing rules, you take 1/3 the levels of arcane trickster and all your levels of wizard, add those together and consult the multiclassing spellslot table. So in your case, for the purposes of determining spell slots, you are a 3rd level caster, which menas 4 first level spell slots and 2 second level spell slots. You can’t actually prepare/learn any 2nd level spells yet, because you prepare/learn spells as if you were a single classed caster of that class. (So for the AT spells, you learn/know as many as a 3rd level AT; for your wizard spells, you learn and prepare as for a 2nd level wizard.). But you can upcast your 1st level spells using those 2nd level spell slots.
I'm a Rogue (Arcane Trickster) 3 lv / Wizard (Order of Scribes) 2 lv multiclass.
I believe I should have 5 x 1st lv spell slots, but the online character sheet is showing 4 x 1st level spell slots and 2 x 2nd level spell slots.
I presume this is a bug relating to the interaction of arcane trickster and wizard.
Anyone else seen anything like this?
Any idea if I can fix this?

Ah I see! Glad it's not a bug and just my misunderstanding. Thanks very much for the explanation :)
