Okay so u ppl have still not helped me I'm on the correct account I did everything correctly. I purchased content (xanathars guide) and have not received it or my refund. I have payment confirmation from the bank. And Google. U guys took my money for the books and didn't give me the content. I cannot access it in any way shape or form.All my titles r synced it's not on my end. It's u ppl. All I got so far was a stupid support ticket number in my email but nothing saying how or when I'd b helped. This is ABSURD and cruel. . And u all respond like robots. I'm mentally disabled and it's so stressful and difficult to doing all this through emails, I'm dyslexic and I have learning disabilities.

Because I've done that and like I said got the ticket but have not been helped or even been explained how and when to expect the help.
I alrdy got the ticket 8hours ago and nothing. No directions. I can't reply to that email no one responds. This is very stressful for me. Plz stop stealing from me I make very little money.

Hey there - the Support team answer tickets in the order we receive. Our standard initial response can be up to three working days; however, we do try to be faster than that (sometimes due to weekends where the team aren't online, there may be points where it is slightly longer than others).
Unfortunately, we only have our Ticket support system - as the support team are a small team and spread across different global locations, phone support is not available.
