Currently, I’m trying to make a Barbarian character. Because I’m poor, I didn’t want to buy the Feytouched background, the Wild Soul subclass, or the Athletic feat, so I decided to use homebrew versions of all three.
After downloading them, I noticed that, even though I had homebrew turned on, I couldn’t choose the homebrew feats.
I got them in Homebrew. I’m pretty sure you can use homebrew subclasses/feats/backgrounds for a character if you can use homebrew weapons, I just can’t figure out how.
Since I can't find any of what you described in the published homebrew section of the website, my best guess is that they have been deleted and removed from your homebrew collection assuming they were ever in the collection in the first place.
To answer your question you can use homebrew stuff if you have it enabled on the character sheet and have it in your collections or are in a campaign that has people who have homebrew, as it is automatically shared. You should be able to just click on the race/subclass that you want. The race will have a little blue house icon next to it to indicate that it is homebrew while the subclasses do not. That being said, it does take some time for homebrew to become available to you as the servers need to update that they are in your collection. I will also remind you that you need to have a subscription to add other homebrew to your collection.

Can anyone help me?

oh, hello there.
Wait? Where did you get those? Official Content can't be published in dnd beyond? Especially if it is the same as the official?
