I recently purchased the "Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide (Class Bundle)" as well as the "Fizban's Treasury of Dragons (Spell Bundle)" in hopes of using the content in a few campaigns. Unfortunately, none of the players nor the DMs can see the classes or spells and they do not show up under the list of shared content (only the sourcebooks do). I am the player with the master subscription and the content doesnt show up for me either. If anyone has run into this problem before or has a solution, please help!
Try checking your entitlements: Go to youraccount page and select the marketplace tab. Look under “Account Entitlements”. If it says you need to sync, click on the sync button. While there, scroll down to the “current product licenses” section and 1) make sure your purchases are there and 2) make sure you didn’t accidentally purchase the compendium only option.
I can see the spell you linked, additionally I realized that I couldnt see the spells before because my character didnt have access to them. However, the other players and DM still cannot see the new content. The other players who's characters can cast the new spells can't see them or add them to their spell lists. The DM isn't able to add the spells to custom magic items or see them for npcs that can use them. The players and DM are all a part of the campaign that I have content sharing enabled on.
Thanks for the help, I checked out my entitlements and it says everything is synced. Under product licenses my purchases are all there, and there is nothing in the "GRANTED COMPENDIUM ROLE" coulmn.

Can you check this link if it's working?

Are the players and DM part of a campaign you turned content sharing on?
