In the Magic Items tab and on character sheets, the Apparatus of Kwalish's table of levers and what they do is headed "Apparatus of the Kwalish Levers" rather than "Apparatus of Kwalish Levers," as it is in the Dungeon Master's Guide. I don't think this is an error requiring errata as it is in the DMG properly, just not in D&D Beyond.
