So, for two of my homebrews now, it is claiming that "This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels." I've reviewed and checked everything I could countless times; (In my sorcerer subclass's case) I have 2 features at level 1, a feature at 6th level, 14th level, and 18th level, yet it still says I haven't the necessary class features. It's the same with my Monk subclass. Is there something I am missing, or is there a guide to making homebrew?
I'd suggest using the existing subclasses as a template -- those will have all the required features, and you can just swap them out one-to-one. It will also show you if you're missing something. I know for example that because the free druid subclass (Circle of the Land) get spells at level 2, unlike every other druid subclass, if you want to homebrew a druid subclass, you have to put in a dummy feature at level 2. Possibly it's the same here. Either way, deconstructing the formally made stuff is the best way to see how the system is supposed to work. You can also check the homebrew subforum.

D&D Beyond FoundersHave you hit save on the main page of the subclass?
The system only re-checks eligibility when you do that, not when you add or edit a feature.
If that doesn't resolve your problem, please link your subclass here (you don't need to publish it to do that).
